『Angel Beats!』卒業設定資料集

For P.A. Works’ third TV anime series『Angel Beats!』(2010) with original story conceived by Key, the artbook was published by ASCII Media Works who had worked in collaboration with Key to make the project into a multimedia franchise.

The first half of the artbook is printed in colour on a kind of coated paper that is thinner and yellows more easily than that used in P.A. Works’ self-published artbook. Readers can see through the pages. This part contains character design and background art supervised by the art director Kazuki Higashiji (東地和生). Images are generally large.

The second half of the artbook is printed in black and white on uncoated paper. It contains mostly line art of environment design, and 11 pages of prop design. Images in the environment section are fairly large, but that in the prop section are sometimes small.
