『Free!-Dive to the Future-』Keyframes Collection vol. 1-3
Kyoto Animation published 3 volumes of keyframes collection for the 3rd season『Free!-Dive to the Future-』, each volume contains about 200 pages and weights quite a lot because the papers are heavyweight.
The 3rd volume also includes a small number of corrections made by the chief animation supervisor Futoshi Nishiya (西屋太志, 1981-2019). These corrections were drawn on yellow papers.
In this preview, I specially picked the scenes that involve water to show you how meticulous Kyoani’s drawing can be (the moving part of water in this series was mainly done by drawing; the static part was aided by CG).
